Dr. Jay Khimani was born in Uganda, Africa and migrated to the United States in 1972. His family established themselves in Chicago, Illinois, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree at Aurora University. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loyola University Chicago, graduating with the class of 1988. He has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years, beginning with family dentistry in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

Dr. Khimani maintains his enthusiasm for education and dentistry by participating in many continuing education courses including implant dentistry, Invisalign®, sleep apnea, advanced restorative dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. His experience, along with advancements in dentistry, has helped Dr. Khimani provide dental care in a compassionate, kind and patient-focused environment. He is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association, American Dental Association, Royal College of Dental Surgeons and the Canadian Dental Association.

When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Khimani enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends. He has participated in the World Partnership Walk, Canadian Civic 150 and volunteers at various events with the Time and Knowledge organization.
