Dr. Leon Stein graduated from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Dentistry. He has over 35 years of private practice experience as a dentist. Dr. Stein treats reconstructive and cosmetic cases in a very gentle and caring manner and has taken many courses internationally. Dr. Stein taught crown and bridge at the University of Manitoba Faculty of dentistry for approximately 15 years. Dr. Stein is a member of:

• The Canadian Dental Association
• Past President at the Winnipeg Dental Society
• Past President at Manitoba Dental Association

When Dr. Stein is not working he enjoys golf, music and spending time with his family.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Dr. Stephanie Sokal is proud to have completed her post-secondary education in-province. She majored in biochemistry and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Winnipeg. She then attended the University of Manitoba’s College of Dentistry where she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Medicine and numerous awards for outstanding academic and clinical achievement. Dr. Sokal is passionate about dentistry and is dedicated to providing her patients with quality care in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Outside of work, Dr. Sokal enjoys spending time with friends and family at the cottage. Dr. Sokal is thrilled to have joined the team at Markham Dental Centre and is now accepting new patients.
